When Luisa begins to step, her skirt blows out when her knee comes down, then sways back in, then out a little again before she lifts her other leg. This happens with both the first and second stomp.
When Pokey lifts up to right himself again, he stumbles from one side to the other, then rights himself. This is a little less smooth than other examples, as this is an older claymation.
